Magliano Romano is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Latium. It is located within the Metropolitan City of Rome, positioned approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) north of the city of Rome.
The town serves as a local administrative center within its metropolitan district. While it maintains its own municipal identity, it is geographically and administratively tied to the surrounding region of Latium.
