Guarcino is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Frosinone within the Lazio region of Italy. It is situated in the Monti Ernici area, positioned approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) east of Rome and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) north of Frosinone.
