Gallinaro is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Frosinone within the Lazio region of Italy. It is situated approximately 110 kilometres (68 mi) east of Rome and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) east of Frosinone.
The town serves as a local administrative center within its province, positioned in the inland territory of central Italy.
