Castro dei Volsci is a comune located in the Province of Frosinone within the Lazio region of Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 90 kilometres southeast of Rome and about 14 kilometres southeast of the city of Frosinone.
The name of the town is derived from the Latin word Castrum and refers to the Volsci, an ancient people who inhabited the area in antiquity.
