Castelliri is a comune, or municipality, located in the province of Frosinone within the Lazio region of Italy. It has a population of approximately 3,500 inhabitants.
The town is situated in the valley of the Liri river. Geographically, it lies about 90 kilometres southeast of Rome and roughly 20 kilometres northeast of Frosinone.
