Castel San Pietro Romano is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Metropolitan City of Rome within the Italian region of Latium. It is located approximately 35 kilometres (22 mi) east of the city of Rome.
As of 2017, the municipality had a recorded population of 883 residents.
