Premariacco is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy. It is located within the regional decentralization entity of Udine.
The town is positioned approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) east of Udine and about 60 kilometres (37 mi) northwest of Trieste.
