Povoletto is a comune located in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy. It falls within the regional decentralization entity of Udine and is situated approximately 7 kilometres northeast of the city of Udine and about 70 kilometres northwest of Trieste.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 39.0 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 5,500 residents.
