Magnano in Riviera is a comune located in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy. It falls under the regional decentralization entity of Udine and occupies an area of approximately 8.5 square kilometers (3.3 square miles).
The municipality is situated about 20 kilometers (12 miles) northwest of Udine and roughly 80 kilometers (50 miles) northwest of Trieste. As of December 31, 2018, the population of Magnano in Riviera was 2,333 residents.
