Dogna is a comune located in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy. It falls within the regional decentralization entity of Udine, situated approximately 45 kilometres (28 mi) north of Udine and about 100 kilometres (62 mi) northwest of Trieste.
The municipality covers a total area of 70.0 square kilometres (27.0 mi2). As of December 31, 2004, the population of Dogna was recorded at 235 residents.
