Comeglians is a comune located in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy. It falls under the regional decentralization entity of Udine and is situated approximately 60 kilometres northwest of Udine and 120 kilometres northwest of Trieste.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 19.5 square kilometres with a population of 615 residents.
