Cavazzo Carnico is a comune, or municipality, located in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy. It falls under the regional decentralization entity of Udine.
The town is situated approximately 35 kilometres (22 mi) northwest of Udine and about 100 kilometres (62 mi) northwest of Trieste.
