Basiliano is a comune, or municipality, located in the Italian region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. It is situated within the regional decentralization entity of Udine.
The town is positioned approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) southwest of Udine and about 70 kilometres (43 mi) northwest of Trieste.
