Verucchio is a comune located in the province of Rimini within the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Situated on a spur overlooking the valley of the Marecchia river, the town is positioned approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) from the city of Rimini.
The municipality has a population of about 9,300 residents. It is recognized as one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia, a designation highlighting its status as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
