San Leo is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Rimini within the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. The town is situated approximately 135 kilometres southeast of Bologna and about 35 kilometres southwest of Rimini.
The location is recognized as one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia, a designation highlighting its status as one of the most beautiful villages in the country.
