San Cesario sul Panaro is a comune (municipality) situated in the Province of Modena within the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Geographically, it is positioned approximately 12 km (7 mi) southeast of Modena and about 25 km (16 mi) northwest of Bologna.
The town is notable for its Romanesque-style church dedicated to Saint Caesarius of Terracina. Additionally, the municipality serves as a location for several industrial entities, including the sports car manufacturer Pagani and the company Danit.
