Polesine Parmense is a town situated in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. It is geographically positioned approximately 120 kilometres (75 mi) northwest of Bologna and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northwest of Parma.
The municipality functioned as an independent comune until January 1, 2016. On that date, it merged with the town of Zibello to establish the new comune known as Polesine Zibello.
