Pellegrino Parmense is a comune located in the Province of Parma within the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. It is situated in the northern section of the Valle del Ceno.
The municipality is positioned approximately 35 kilometres (22 mi) west of Parma and about 120 kilometres (75 mi) west of Bologna.
