Morfasso is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Piacenza within the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna. It is situated approximately 130 kilometres west of Bologna and about 35 kilometres south of the city of Piacenza.
As of December 31, 2011, the municipality covered an area of 83.6 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 1,090 residents.
