Montiano is a comune located in the Province of Forlì-Cesena within the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. It is situated approximately 90 kilometres southeast of Bologna and about 25 kilometres southeast of Forlì.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 9.3 square kilometres and had a population of 1,573 residents.
