Misano Adriatico is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Rimini within the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. It is situated approximately 120 kilometres (75 mi) southeast of Bologna and about 14 kilometres (9 mi) southeast of Rimini.
The town serves as a coastal destination in the northern part of the Italian peninsula, positioned along the Adriatic coast near the city of Rimini.
