Gragnano Trebbiense is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Piacenza within the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. It is located approximately 150 kilometres (93 mi) northwest of Bologna and about 11 kilometres (7 mi) southwest of the city of Piacenza.
