Galeata is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna. It is located within the Province of Forlì-Cesena.
The town is positioned approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of Bologna and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) southwest of Forlì.
