Fontevivo is a comune located in the Province of Parma within the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. It is situated approximately 14 kilometres northwest of Parma and about 100 kilometres northwest of Bologna.
As of October 9, 2011, the municipality covered an area of 25.9 square kilometres and had a population of 5,428 residents.
