Fidenza is a town and comune located in the province of Parma within the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. The municipality has a population of approximately 27,000 inhabitants.
The town was officially renamed Fidenza in 1927 to honor its ancient Roman name, Fidentia. Prior to this change, the location was known as Borgo San Donnino.
