Dovadola is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Forlì-Cesena within the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. It is situated along the road leading toward Florence.
The town is positioned approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) southeast of Bologna and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) southwest of Forlì.
