Casina is a comune, or municipality, situated in Italy within the Emilia-Romagna region. It is located in the Province of Reggio Emilia.
The town is positioned approximately 70 kilometres west of Bologna and about 25 kilometres (16 miles) southwest of Reggio Emilia.
