Busana is a frazione, or borough, located within the comune of Ventasso in the Province of Reggio Emilia. It is situated in the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna, positioned approximately 80 kilometres west of Bologna and about 45 kilometres southwest of Reggio Emilia.
Historically, Busana functioned as an independent municipality until it was merged into Ventasso on 1 January 2024.
