Terzigno is a comune located in the Campania region of southern Italy. It is situated within the Metropolitan City of Naples, positioned approximately 20 km (12 mi) east of the city of Naples.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 23.5 km² (9.1 sq mi) and had a recorded population of 16,977 residents.
