Pietramelara is a comune located in the Province of Caserta within the Campania region of Italy. The municipality is situated approximately 50 kilometres north of Naples and about 25 kilometres northwest of the city of Caserta.
The town occupies the plain located just south of the slopes of Monte Maggiore, which serves as the highest peak in the Monti Trebulani mountain range.
