Mariglianella is a comune, or municipality, located in the Campania region of southern Italy. It is situated within the Metropolitan City of Naples, positioned approximately 20 km (12 mi) northeast of the city of Naples.
As of July 31, 2022, the municipality covers a total area of 3.2 km2 (1.2 sq mi) and has a population of 7,729 residents.
