Chiusano di San Domenico is a town and comune located in the province of Avellino within the Campania region of southern Italy. It is situated at an elevation of 750 metres (2,460 ft) above sea level.
The municipality is geographically positioned on the western slope of Mount Tuoro. It serves as a local administrative center and residential area in the mountainous landscape of the region.
