Castelnuovo di Conza is a town and comune located in the province of Salerno within the Campania region of southwestern Italy.
The municipality experienced significant destruction during the 1980 Irpinia earthquake. Following this disaster, the town underwent an extensive rebuilding process to restore its infrastructure and housing.
