Casamarciano is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Campania region of southern Italy. It is part of the Metropolitan City of Naples and is located approximately 30 kilometres (19 miles) to the northeast of the city of Naples.
The town serves as a local administrative center within its metropolitan district. Its geographical position places it within the proximity of one of Italy's major urban hubs while maintaining its status as a distinct municipality.
