Vallelonga is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Vibo Valentia within the Calabria region of southern Italy. It is situated approximately 40 kilometres southwest of Catanzaro and about 20 kilometres east of Vibo Valentia.
As of December 31, 2016, the municipality covered an area of 17.5 square kilometres and had a population of 702 residents.
