Terranova Sappo Minulio is a comune located in the Province of Reggio Calabria within the Italian region of Calabria. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres southwest of Catanzaro and about 35 kilometres northeast of Reggio Calabria.
The municipality covers an area of 9.0 square kilometres (3.5 mi2). As of December 31, 2004, the population of Terranova Sappo Minulio was recorded at 556 residents.
