Spilinga is a comune located in the Province of Vibo Valentia within the Calabria region of southern Italy. It is situated approximately 70 kilometres southwest of Catanzaro and about 15 kilometres west of Vibo Valentia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 18.7 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 1,665 residents.
