Spezzano Piccolo is a town located in the province of Cosenza within the Calabria region of southern Italy. Historically, it functioned as an independent comune until 2017.
Following a local referendum, Spezzano Piccolo lost its status as a separate municipality and was merged into the newly formed entity of Casali del Manco along with four other municipalities. Notably, it was the only one of the five participating municipalities where voters expressed an unfavorable opinion toward the proposed administrative change.
