San Giorgio Morgeto is a comune, or municipality, located in the Calabria region of southern Italy. It is situated within the Province of Reggio Calabria, positioned approximately 70 kilometres southwest of Catanzaro and about 50 kilometres northeast of Reggio Calabria.
The municipality covers a total area of 35.1 square kilometres. As of December 31, 2004, the population of San Giorgio Morgeto was recorded at 3,356 residents.
