Rocca Imperiale is a town and comune located in the province of Cosenza within the Calabria region of southern Italy. Situated at the foothills of the Apennine Mountains, it sits on a hill approximately 4 km from the sea along the arc surrounding the Gulf of Taranto.
The town occupies land that once formed part of the ancient Siritide plain. It is recognized as one of the "Borghi più belli d'Italia," a designation highlighting its status as one of the most beautiful villages in the country.
