Palizzi is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Reggio Calabria within the Italian region of Calabria. It is situated approximately 120 kilometres (75 mi) southwest of Catanzaro and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) southeast of Reggio Calabria.
The town is geographically significant as it contains the southernmost point of mainland Italy.
