Monterosso Calabro is a comune located in the Province of Vibo Valentia within the Italian region of Calabria. It is situated approximately 35 kilometres southwest of Catanzaro and about 20 kilometres northeast of Vibo Valentia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 18.2 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 1,927 residents.
