Molochio is a comune located in the Province of Reggio Calabria within the Italian region of Calabria. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres southwest of Catanzaro and about 40 kilometres northeast of Reggio Calabria.
The municipality covers an area of 37.3 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 2,700 as of December 31, 2004. Molochio is notably recognized for having one of the highest prevalences of centenarians in the world.
