Giffone is a comune, or municipality, located in the Calabria region of southern Italy. It is situated within the Province of Reggio Calabria.
The town is positioned approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of Catanzaro and about 60 kilometres (37 mi) northeast of Reggio Calabria. As of December 31, 2004, Giffone had a population of 2,154 residents and covered an area of 14.5 square kilometres (5.6 mi2).
