Gerocarne is a comune located in the Province of Vibo Valentia within the Calabria region of southern Italy. It is situated approximately 50 kilometres southwest of Catanzaro and about 15 kilometres southeast of Vibo Valentia.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 44.9 square kilometres and had a population of 2,391 residents.
