Dinami is a comune located in the Province of Vibo Valentia within the Calabria region of southern Italy. It is situated approximately 32 kilometres southeast of Vibo Valentia and about 90 kilometres southwest of Catanzaro.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 44.1 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 3,258 residents.
