Cinquefrondi is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Italian region of Calabria. It is located within the Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria.
The town is positioned approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) southwest of Catanzaro and about 50 kilometres (31 mi) northeast of Reggio Calabria.
