Cessaniti is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Vibo Valentia within the Calabria region of southern Italy. It is situated approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) west of Vibo Valentia and about 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of Catanzaro.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 17.9 square kilometres (6.9 mi2) with a recorded population of 3,595 residents.
