Caraffa del Bianco is a comune, or municipality, located in the Calabria region of southern Italy. It is situated within the Province of Reggio Calabria, positioned approximately 100 kilometres southwest of Catanzaro and about 35 kilometres east of Reggio Calabria.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 12.3 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 605 residents.
