Albidona (Albidonese: Albdòn) is a town and comune situated in the province of Cosenza within the Calabria region of southern Italy. It occupies a geographic position between the Ionian Sea and the mountains of Pollino National Park.
The town is located approximately 11 km from the coastline and 18 km from the mountain range. It serves as a local administrative center in this coastal-mountain transition zone.
